If you plan to use insurance, I contract through three different companies to help provide insurance coverage for my lactation clients. You will use one of the three portals (Wildflower Health, MilkWise, or The Lactation Network) depending on your insurance plan. More plan specific information under Checking Insurance Coverage below.

It usually takes about 24-48 hours to be notified of your coverage once you submit your insurance information through your secure patient portal.

Getting started is simple.

-Cigna insurance: create a patient portal and check your coverage through WILDFLOWER HEALTH.

-Aetna PPO, Meritain, First Health, Nippon Life, United Healthcare, or UMR, Anthem Blue Shield or Cigna: create a patient portal and check your coverage through MILKWISE

-Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, or Cigna and other select insurance plans: create a portal and check your insurance through THE LACTATION NETWORK

If insurance coverage has not been verified by the time of your appointment, cash pay will be collected at the time of service and I will provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

Insurance is accepted for these Office Visits or Sliding Scale Cash Pay option is available (more details below:

Initial Consultation: 60-90 minute in-person clinic consultation 

• Includes a comprehensive evaluation of feeding and/or pumping, breastfeeding and infant feeding support and education, assessments of both mom and baby, and if needed/desired, a weighted feed, weight check, and answering any other questions or concerns.

Sliding Scale Payment Options:

• $200 ~ Initial Consultation

• $220 ~ Initial Consultation + add 10% to my payment to help fund scholarship for another family

• $150 ~ 25% scholarship

• $100 ~ 50% scholarship

• $50 ~ 75% scholarship

• $1 ~ I am in need of a full scholarship

Follow-Up Consultation: 30-60 minute follow-up clinic consultation 

• Based on initial consult needs. This can include updates to feeding plans, weight checks, and feeding evaluations.

• $150 ~ Follow-Up Consultation

• $175 ~ Follow-Up Consultation + add 10% to my payment to help fund scholarship for another family

• $112.50 ~ 25% scholarship

• $75 ~ 50% scholarship

• $37.50 ~ 75% scholarship

• $1~ I am in need of a full scholarship
